Comparing decimals means deciding which decimal is greater, which is lesser, or if they are equal.
We use comparison symbols:
  • >> means "greater than"
  • << means "less than"
  • == means "equal to"
To compare decimals:
  1. 1.Line up the decimal points
  2. 2.Compare digit by digit from left to right
  3. 3.Add zeros if needed to make the same number of decimal places
